Thu 04 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & M) : Free and choice of stroke Hard intervals (2300-3300m)
Sat 06 FEB 2010 - VAC (LC/M) : Coaches choice of the workout (3300-4900m)
Sun 07 FEB 2010 - VAC (LC/L) : Fly swim kick back focus on turn from fly to back mix with some freestyle (2800-4000m)
Tue 09 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & M) : Back and breast focus on turns from back to breast enforce the transition on breaststroke (2200–2800m)
Thu 11 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & M) : Hard freestyle intervals distance of 225m for the fast lanes and some 50’s fast on back and breaststroke (2300-2800m)
Sat 13 FEB 2010 - VAC (LC/M) : Sets of 200m fast breast easy free focus on turns and transition on both free and breast (3300-5000m)
Sun 14 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/L) : Coaches pick of valentines workout (we LOVE hard workouts!) (3000-4600m)
Tue 16 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & M) : Major back and breast workout (2500-3300m)
Thu 18 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & S) : Breast and free work on turns from breast to free also work on under water pull and kick on breast (2000-2800m)
Sat 20 FEB 2010 - VAC (LC/M) : 8 sets of 150m IM Spin by 50’s hard intervals after sets of 200m free as one fast one moderate (3100-4600m)

Sun 21 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/L) : IM kick and free swimming hard set (3000-4300m)
Tue 23 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & M) : ***THE SET!!!*** (3000-4000m)
Thu 25 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/K & M) : Free and back hard intervals work on off the wall streamlined with dolphin kick (2000-2800m)
Sat 27 FEB 2010 - VAC (LC/M) : 4 Sets of 300m to 400m distance mixed with free and back use of hand paddles follow with 4sets of 100m fast and repeat the whole things again (3500-5000m)
Sun 28 FEB 2010 - VAC (SC/L) : Breast and fly kick follow with freestyle swimming (2800-4400m)

Note: We normally have one person manning the check-in desk for both the 6pm & the 7pm workouts so, in order to make things move more smoothly, you could help us in 2 ways - first, by arriving earlier then normal and - second, by practicing your buddha patience. :)

The following list describes our typical workout pattern.
All workouts are at VAC (Vancouver Aquatic Centre - 1050 Beach Avenue, Vancouver) unless noted otherwise.
IMPORTANT:
The check-in desk closes 10mins prior to practice and, if you arrive late, unfortunately, you cannot join the workout.
Day & Time
- Tuesday 6:00pm-7:00pm/7:00pm-8:00pm (two identical 60min workouts/25m short course)
- Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm/7:00pm-8:00pm (two identical 60min workouts/25m short course)
- Saturday 5:00pm (90min workout/50m long course)
- Sunday 10:00am (90min workout - usually 20m short course unless BC Water Polo is not scheduled that morning ..
in that case it would be 50m long course.) Note: enter thru side door near parking lot.
