6PM Workout is now full!

Please note that when filling out the EBSC waiver form and it asks which time slot you prefer, that we have temporarily halted adding people to the 6pm slot as it is now full. Please check the 7pm box. You may still 'stand-by' to swim @ 6pm but you will have to wait until 10mins to the hour (when the check-in desk closes) to see if space is still available. Thx! :)

Note: We normally have one person manning the check-in desk for both the 6pm & the 7pm workouts so, in order to make things move more smoothly, you could help us in 2 ways - first, by arriving earlier then normal and - second, by practicing your buddha patience. :)

The following list describes our typical workout pattern.

All workouts are at VAC (Vancouver Aquatic Centre - 1050 Beach Avenue, Vancouver) unless noted otherwise.

IMPORTANT: The check-in desk closes 10mins prior to practice and, if you arrive late, unfortunately, due to insurance policies, you cannot join the workout.



Day & Time
  • Tuesday 6:00pm-7:00pm/7:00pm-8:00pm (two identical 60min workouts/25m short course)
  • Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm/7:00pm-8:00pm (two identical 60min workouts/25m short course)
  • Saturday 5:00pm-6:30pm (a 90min workout/50m long course)
  • Sunday 10:00am-11:30am (a 90min workout/25y short course)
