PREVIOUS 2024-2025 SCHEDULE -
*Due to recent capacity restrictions, we strongly urge visiting/trial swimmers come to the week day 7:10pm practices
Please note that the check-in desk closes 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the workout. You cannot swim with the team if you miss signing in.

- Tuesday 6:05pm-7:05pm/7:10pm-8:10pm (two identical 60min workouts/25m short course)*
- Thursday 6:05pm-7:05pm/7:10pm-8:10pm (two identical 60min workouts/25m short course)*
- Saturday 5:00pm-6:30pm (a 90min workout/50m long course)
- Sunday 10:45am-12:15am (a 90min workout/25y short course)

1050 Beach Avenue Vancouver, BC The Vancouver Aquatic Centre (VAC) is a naturally-lit, indoor pool located in downtown Vancouver, near Sunset Beach. We have 50-metre lap lanes, a diving tower and boards, a sauna and weight room, and access for wheelchairs. We are also home to several swim clubs, and offer lessons and training for all ages and levels. |
swim workout space limits
Please note that we limit the number of swimmers to 36 at each of our workouts (weekday workouts - six 25m lanes with a maximum of 6 swimmers per lane & weekend workouts - three 50m lanes with a maximum of 12 swimmers per lane). While unusual, there are times where we cannot accommodate all swimmers. Attendance at any practice may be subject to a wait-list.

visiting swimmers
Visiting Masters swimmers are welcome to drop-in and join us, free of charge, space permitting.
