UPDATESThe 2018 Provincials are almost upon us, we are looking forward to seeing you all in 10 days! Hope you are as excited as we are for a fun-filled weekend celebrating the past season's achievements and hard work.
Here are the psych sheets and session time-outs. Please contact Michael DiPietro for any changes to your entries. The DEADLINE to do so is midnight next Tuesday, April 24th. Heat sheets will be available by Thursday, April 26th.

Inside, you will find information on the Order of Events, AGM location, Banquet details, Accommodation options and more! Please use the reservation codes provided by each hotel to obtain the negotiated room rate. If you book any Richmond hotels without these codes, please send an e-mail to [email protected] advising which hotel and how many days were booked. This could impact the grant received from the City of Richmond.

Coin operated lockers are available in the change rooms. Lockers must be cleared out at the end of each day.

Discounted entry fee of $25.00 per attendee until April 15th, 2018. Full entry fee of $35.00 per attendee will be available afterwards in EBSC store until Friday, April 27th, 2018.
Entry Tickets will be picked up at check-in.

Included is THREE salads, ONE pasta dish, ONE veggie dish, Roast Beef and a choice of ONE House Beer/Well Highball
Maximum of 150 attendees will be accepted.
Please e-mail the banquet organizers at [email protected] with any dietary accommodation requests by no later than 11:59pm, April 9th, 2018. We will do our best to accommodate any such requests, within reason.
This will be a licensed event, all attendees must be 19 years of age or older.
